Terms of Service

Po-Ko Pack helps merchants create photographic packing records linked to Shopify orders. The merchant remains responsible for order accuracy, fulfillment, customer service, and deciding whether a proof is suitable for its business or legal needs.

Merchants must protect Shopify access and worker codes, assign access only to authorized workers, and remove access promptly when it is no longer needed. Users must not upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unrelated content or attempt to bypass access controls.

The merchant retains responsibility for the order data, photos, notes, and other content supplied to the service, including providing necessary notices and having a lawful basis to process it. The merchant grants Po-Ko the limited permission needed to host and process that content to provide the service.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features can change to improve security, comply with platform rules, or maintain the product. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Paid Po-Ko Pack plans are billed through Shopify under the price and renewal terms shown to the merchant. The Po-Ko Now iPhone companion app is free. A merchant can cancel by uninstalling Po-Ko Pack; charges, refunds, and credits remain subject to the accepted Shopify billing terms and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Po-Ko is not responsible for a merchant's shipping decisions, misuse of a proof, or third-party services outside Po-Ko's control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
